Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 – Section 62 -Limitation / Condonation of Delay in Re‑filing — Appeal under Section 62 IBC was filed within limitation but re‑filed with a delay of 166 days after curing defects; the Supreme Court held that the explanation offered (non‑availability of typed pages and illness of authorised representative) did not disclose any cause, much less sufficient cause, for condonation of delay in re‑filing and consequently dismissed the condonation application and the appeal.
